Online Recruiting Systems

There are literally hundreds of online recruiting systems available to help you build your online business.  Obviously, some systems are better than others; however, your success with whatever system you choose to use to promote your business depends on your daily and monthly activity – how much advertising you do and how much traffic you are able to drive to your site!  While looking for an online recruiting system, your #1 ‘got to have it’ feature needs to be the ability to capture the name and email address of your prospect.

As we all know, systems (when implemented properly) give the person using the system an unfair advantage when marketing online.  Most, if not all, network marketing companies give you what they refer to as a ‘replicated’ website.  This means that every member of the company has the exact same system as you do to use to market the business.  While this is a fantastic concept, there is one problem…. EVERYONE in your company is advertising the same page.  You should be branding yourself in some way so that your prospect remembers YOU and not the business.  You see, people join people – not businesses.  You need to stand apart from all the noise on the net.  And, these company replicated sites don’t give you the ability to build your own list and automatically follow-up with your prospects effectively.

What you should be doing is advertising your own page that allows you to capture the name and email address of your prospect, have that name and email automatically added to your autorespoder, and then have the autoresponder automatically follow-up with that prospect over a period of time with messages from you and not your company.  Research has proven that it takes anywhere from 5 to 7 exposures to your business before a prospect will take the action necessary to join.  If you aren’t in constant follow-up with your prospect, chances are that the prospect may join someone else simply because they saw the same company being advertised by someone else and they were ‘ready’ to join the 7th time they saw an ad.  However, if you are following-up with your prospects via permission-based email marketing giving them helpful and valuable information on how to build a solid business they will be more inclined to join YOU in that business and not some one else.

So, what is the best way to get new members / distributors / enrollments into your business?

Advertise a page that allows you to collect the name and email address of your prospect, redirect them to your business opportunity, and automatically follow-up with them over a period of time.  Sounds simple enough.  However, setting all of this up can be a daunting task if you aren’t familiar with how to create webpages, HTML coding, autoresponders, etc.

If you cannot create your own system, then where does that leave you?  And… aren’t those systems expensive?

Some are…. some are not.  It just depends on the system you use.
