I'm Lana Robinson. My career has been spent where technology, people, and delivery meet — leading projects, translating between technical experts and executive stakeholders, and watching brilliant leaders get passed over because their presence didn't yet match their capability.
That gap is why I founded Savvy Executive Coach, LLC. Through 1:1 coaching and organizational programs, I help leaders trust their judgment, own their authority, and be seen for the value they already bring.
Alongside coaching, I manage technology projects for a federal agency and teach as adjunct faculty at LSU Shreveport. I bring that same practical, real-world lens to every client and every classroom.
